General Terms and Conditions
All our invoices are payable within 8 days of the date of the invoice. If payment is not made within the payment deadline, an interest shall be due at a rate of 8% per annum. Moreover, in the event of late payment, a lump-sum conventional compensation of 10% for all extrajudicial recovery costs shall be added to the outstanding amounts, with a minimum of 75,00 EUR, by operation of law and without notice of default.
In case of judicial recovery proceedings, all legal costs (including the procedural indemnity) shall be charged to the debtor.
Any legal proceedings shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Justice of the Peace in Brakel (B) or the Commercial Court of Oudenaarde (B).
